“Room was nice. Staff was courteous. Beds were very comfortable Only 2 issues really. Lights for indoor pool were not working. First night staff on hand left the pool open, our kids didnt mind as it was not pitch dark. 2nd night we came back at 620 pm specifically so the kids could have aĺl the time they wanted to spend at the pool but staff member closed it 2.5 hours early due to the lightng. “We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead.”
